2008 Summer Season Rates

Mid May 2008 to Mid September 2008
Nightly rate: $38.50 Nightly plus 10% city tax.
Weekly rate: 7th night is FREE. ($231.00 plus tax= $254.10)
Monthly Rate: $390.00 plus electric
All rates are for up to 2 persons per site. Additional persons over the age of 2 years (including overnight guests) up to a maximum of 6 persons per site will be charged and additional $3.00 per day, $20.00 per week, or $40.00 per month per person.

Terms:
One habitable, and one non-habitable vehicle per site. One extra vehicle allowed per site at a rate of $3.00 per day, $20.00 per week, or $40.00 per month.

Rates and Seasons are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation/Refund policy:
During Summer season a 14-day notice of cancellation is required. Special events or Holidays require a 14-day notice of cancellation. All other reservations require a 7-day notice of cancellation. Without proper notice of cancellation, the full amount is charged and there are no refunds. There will be a $10.00 cancellation fee on all cancelled reservations. Although we try very hard to satisfy all individual requests, we cannot guarantee specific sites, only that you will have a space in our beautiful park.
