2010 Winter Season Rates

Mid September 2009 to May 20, 2010
Nightly rate: $34.00 Nightly plus 10% city tax.
Weekly rate: 7th night is FREE. ($199.00  plus tax= $218.90)
Monthly Rate: $390.00 plus electric
All rates are for up to 2 persons per site. Additional persons over the age of 2 years (including overnight guests) up to a maximum of 6 persons per site will be charged and additional $3.00 per day, $20.00 per week, or $40.00 per month per person.

Terms:
One habitable, and one non-habitable vehicle per site. One extra vehicle allowed per site at a rate of $3.00 per day, $20.00 per week, or $40.00 per month.

Cancellation/Refund policy:
During Summer season a 14-day notice of cancellation is required. Special events or Holidays require a 14-day notice of cancellation. All other reservations require a 7-day notice of cancellation. Without proper notice of cancellation, the full amount is charged and there are no refunds. There will be a $10.00 cancellation fee on all cancelled reservations. Although we try very hard to satisfy all individual requests, we cannot guarantee specific sites, only that you will have a space in our beautiful park.

2010 Summer Season Rates

May 21, 2010 to September 30, 2010

Nightly rate: $41.00 plus 10% city tax.
Weekly Rate $243.95.00  plus tax= $268.35

Monthly Rate: ( Subject to limited availability) $525.00 plus electric
