Terms: Every effort will be made to satisfy your requests. However, please understand that all reservations, special requests, and specific site selections are subject to availability, and our ability to satisfy the request. To confirm your reservation, or to inform you that we are unable to accommodate your request, we will contact you by email, phone or mail (in that order). Reservations are not guaranteed unless confirmed and prepaid. Prepayment may be made by credit card at the time of confirmation, or by check. Prepayments by check must be received by us within twelve days of booking or reservation will be subject to cancellation Cancellation/Refund policy: During Summer season a 14 day notice of cancellation is required. Special events or Holidays require a 14 day notice of cancellation. All other reservations require a 7 day notice of cancellation. Without proper notice of cancellation, the full amount is charged and there are no refunds. There will be a $10.00 cancellation fee on all cancelled reservations. Although we try very hard to satisfy all individual requests, we cannot guarantee specific sites, only that you will have a space in our beautiful park.
